Terms and Conditions
General provisions
- 1.1. These Rules govern the use of the B2B platform CarBuy.az (hereinafter – the Platform), designed for interaction between official dealers, car showrooms, and individuals engaged in car reselling.
- 1.2. Posting advertisements and using the Platform constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules.
- 1.3. The Platform reserves the right to amend these Rules without prior notice to users.
Registration and participant status
- 2.1. Advertisements may be posted only after registration and verification by the Administration.
- 2.2. Participants may include:
- • official dealers;
- • car showrooms holding confirmed status (licenses, contracts with manufacturers or distributors);
- • individuals engaged in car reselling.
Posting advertisements
- 3.1. Only advertisements for vehicles available for sale or for order ("on request") may be posted.
- 3.2. Duplicate advertisements for the same vehicle are prohibited.
- 3.3. Each advertisement must comply with the requirements set by the Platform.
- 3.4. The posting period for a single advertisement is 30 calendar days, unless otherwise provided under the selected tariff.
Information and photo requirements
- 4.1. Advertisements must contain complete and accurate information about the vehicle.
- 4.2. A minimum of 3 high-quality photos must be provided (for "on request" vehicles – at least 7: exterior from 4 angles, interior – front and rear seats, dashboard).
- 4.3. It is prohibited to use photos of other vehicles, photos taken from the internet without rights, or photos containing watermarks or contact information.
- 4.4. Photos must reflect the actual condition of the vehicle and clearly show its color and configuration.
Service fees and payment procedure
- 5.1. Posting and renewal of advertisements is carried out at the tariffs in effect at the time of publication.
- 5.2. Paid services are non-refundable once provided.
- 5.3. Transfer of a paid service to another advertisement or account is not permitted.
Rights and obligations of participants
- 6.1. Participants are obliged to:
- • provide accurate information;
- • comply with content requirements;
- • use the Platform solely for purposes related to the car business.
- 6.2. The Administration has the right to:
- • review and modify advertisements for compliance with the Rules;
- • block or delete advertisements in case of violations;
- • suspend access in cases of gross or repeated violations.
Restrictions and prohibitions
- 7.1. Posting advertisements on behalf of third parties without their consent is prohibited.
- 7.2. Misleading information regarding characteristics, price, or availability of a vehicle is prohibited.
- 7.3. Posting contact details in descriptions or photos is prohibited.
Liability
- 8.1. Participants bear full responsibility for the accuracy of information and the legality of posted content.
- 8.2. The Platform bears no responsibility for transactions concluded between participants.
Termination of access
- 9.1. The Administration has the right to unilaterally block a user's account in case of violation of the Rules.
- 9.2. Blocking an account does not relieve the user of the obligation to pay for services already rendered.
Technical support
- 10.1. Technical support requests are accepted during business hours indicated on the website.
- 10.2. The advertisement ID must be provided when submitting a request.
Final provisions
- 11.1. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Rules and the Privacy Policy.
- 11.2. All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
